Assemble an adhesive single-lap joint (steel substrates).

Step 1 — Prepare substrates

Pick two steel substrates (2 mm × 25 mm × 120 mm). Abrade surfaces with crosshatch sandpaper, then clean with an acetone-soaked paper towel. Do NOT pass the towel twice over the same spot.

Adhesive mix

Resin A: 10 g

Hardener B: 4 g
